I can’t believe a week has gone by already!
Breakfast: Applesauce with cinnamon orange slices, mint tea and honey biscuit
Lunch: Egg, pepper, salsa veggie cheese salad
Dinner: Stuffing *ugh guilty I love this stuff* brown rice
Kettlework! This class was crazy hard! Doesn’t help that it was at like 5:30 this morning I was so tired and I didn’t even wake up until it was over!
Feeling unmotivated? Not sure when or where to start? Start small and on your terms! Do some crunches, a few jumping jacks here and there, you don’t have to belong to a gym to workout, some of the best workouts are done with no equipment. If you are a shy person try getting some dumbbells at Walmart and doing some workout videos on YouTube. Below are a few of my faves!
