Healthy Breakfast in under 10 Minutes



Scramble some egg whites, throw in a little salt and pepper. Sautee some asparagus with tomatoes and you are set! A nice healthy breakfast that will keep you full untill lunch!

Tip: Use vegetable oil for the pan, or butter if you’re not worried about counting calories. I didn’t add any cheese but mozzarella cheese would taste great with this as well!

    1. Haha, it wasn’t until this year that I really understood how attentive you have to be when cooking. I’m known for just walking away. I still burn my toast though if that helps. 🙂
